Bidrage med feedbackHands down one of the best steamboat buffets you will find in Singapore. If you are an A La Carte Card holder, you definitely want to come here instead of one of the steamboat franchises. Menu selection is quite limited, but perfectly executed. Beef slices are beautifully marbled and delicate, and the kurobuta pork is amazing. We had the chinese yam soup and we were thinking about it. It had the taste and impact of a hearty seafood broth, remembering those you could find in established Chinese restaurants. The Ma La soup is not the kind you would find in traditional hotpots, but it is very drinkable. Overall, the buffet menu is any definition of quality over quantity.
We had the set menu lobster, angus beef, pork neck, cuttlefish balls, grouper fish fillet, and more. We opted for the yuanyang soup base and chose shark bone soup and szechuan spicy soup. The sauce station had a good variety and we tried the chef's recommendation chili sauce, thai green chili, coriander, spring onions, and sesame oil. There was fried shallots oil too. Service was good. Staff were always ready to help especially if you are dining for the first time. Pricey but good quality. Thumbs up.
Good place for steamboat. The food is fresh and delicious. They also have a good variety of soup bases. However the place is a little small, and quite expensive
Nice steam boat. Many soup base to choose from. Good quality food.
Hua Ting restaurant currently closed for renovation so some of the dim sum selection is available at Hua Ting Steamboat until HT restaurant reopens for biz in Dec. Not a bad idea but we found the selection limited and quality not as good as at the restaurant.
