Happy Daze Bistro Cafe - Singapore

The food at this restaurant is good, but on the expensive side. I highly recommend the ice sweet and sour pork, as it has a unique taste that sets it apart from the usual sweet and sour pork. Unfortunately, we were looking forward to trying dim sum, but we learned they don't serve it during dinner hours. Just to clarify my earlier statement: we visited for dinner, which is why we couldn't order dim sum. I appreciate the owner for pointing out that they serve dim sum daily until 3 PM.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we found it to be the best Hong Kong-style Cantonese cuisine in Singapore so far. Fortunately, we were able to make a reservation in advance for a Sunday evening. The quality of the food and the service were both excellent! There are so many delicious dishes we want to try, so we definitely plan to return more often in the near future. Additionally, we had the opportunity to meet the Head Chef, Mr. Tony Wong, and learn more about his passion for quality food.

The service is efficient, with orders placed via mobile phone, except for any special requests you may have. The head chef and owner, who previously worked at the renowned Lei Garden restaurant chain, showcases his culinary expertise in the exquisite and flavorful preparation of his Cantonese dishes. Notable highlights include the soups and seafood claypot rice, both of which are truly satisfying. A visit here is guaranteed to leave you feeling happy and content. Be sure to make a reservation!

Always struggle to order clay pot rice or crispy rice in soup when having dinner here. Both are very yummy! Visited many times but always forgot to take photos. Focus on eating always. We’re too full and skipped desserts last night. Suggest to reserve space for it. Their Chinese desserts are yummy also.

Food was amazing! Dishes were very refined and could tell that they take pride in making great dishes. Will definitely come back for more! PS: The Braised Ox Tail and Chef Special Pao Fan (added garoupa slices) definitely worth trying.
