Don Quijote - Singapore

Tl:dr. Great place with fantastic tapas and a murderer Sangria. 2 of us divided 3 tapas, a grilled fish angel hair pasta and a jug of Sangria. Total damage was $70. Visited the place at 7 p.m. and it was pleasantly 1/3 occupied so that our dishes came quickly. All tapas and pasta were delicious, but special highlight was the ingenious Sangria that is a must. We have actually asked the waiting staff about the type of red wine, but apparently it is a fair enough, but it sets the precedent for my future Sangria!

Service and staff are excellent. Beef cubes and broken egg dishes that they look normal, but the taste is extremely tasteful. The star of the night is the seafood paella, just the best I tasted in Singapore.

Good place for tapas in Dempsey Hill. We ordered the croquetas, mushrooms, eggplants, babysquid and also the fried milk for dessert. Everything was good, except the fried milk dessert, which we think is a big failure. The service can sometimes be a little slow to get better.

Family was there on Sunday a la carte brunch buffet $38 with juice soft drinks or $58 with Sangria beer. Overall good value, service and quality 4 IMHO, better dishes were the scrambled eggs, pumpkin leek soup, garlic shrimps, aubergines, croquettes, gazpacho soup, crabs avocado dip, meatballs and pasta.

The brunch was quite good pretty different from usual. I had the gazpacho good for a warm summer late morning. This pork knuckles really tender and 'free from hair '. My kids love the pasta. Their food is not overly salty considering they are serving with alcohol. Free flow sangria plus brunch at 58 . Kids at 19 free flow of juices and soft drink. The garlic prawns are heavenly
