Coffee Hive (rivervale Mall)

This restaurant is a lovely spot to relax with a cup of tea or get some work done during a break. I ordered the promotional Crispy Prata with Coffee for $2.6 and was impressed. The Prata was perfectly crispy on the outside, easy to cut, and not too dry on the inside. The coffee was served warm and not overly sweet. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I may give it 5 stars once I try other items on the menu, if they are all as good.

Coffee Hive is a decent spot to enjoy local dishes commonly found in a traditional coffee shop. The atmosphere is pleasant, although the tables could use a bit more cleaning. The food is average, as I tried the Ipoh Hor Fun paired with a lemon tea which was just okay. There is room for improvement in terms of taste. The staff are friendly, which is a plus. Overall, the restaurant didn't quite suit my preferences, but it is still an okay place to dine. I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5.

The restaurant could use some improvement in terms of housekeeping, as there seemed to be a shortage of staff. However, business was quite busy and impressive for a Saturday morning. I thoroughly enjoyed the Teh C tea prepared by an experienced staff member, which had a delightful sweetness and aroma. The siao mai snack that I paired with the tea was incredibly delicious.

Favourite place at Rivervale Mall. Neat, Good food and Tasty. Fast service. French Toast is the best choice for me.
