Sushi Mitsuya - Singapore Singapore

Underwhelming. We’ve been to Mitsuya since its early days and enjoyed their omakase. This recent visit the quality and selection of fish was below par for the expectation at this price point. While the presentation is still top notch, there are better options (especially in this area) at this that are worth patronizing.

Great food, innovative interpretations of traditional sushi (never a bad thing imho), exciting from start to finish. they serve very good akami nigiri sushi for all you purists out there. certainly better than some of the Michelin-starred sushi restaurants I've been to. but of course it's just an opinion

Chefs, food, atmosphere, sake are all the BEST in Singapore..
