Bidrage med feedbackI revisited this restaurant after a long hiatus from Singapore for their delicious ramen. It was honestly one of the best ramen I have ever had in Singapore. I tried the King Ramen and Summer Ramen, but the price was a bit high at $39 for two bowls.
During a spontaneous visit, I stumbled upon a cozy ramen restaurant nestled between the shophouses in Bugis. Despite a line, we were quickly seated. I ordered the Haru and Fuyu style ramen and was impressed by the flavorful broth. I initially wanted a strong soup, but the staff advised against it as it would be too salty. Even at a normal level, the broth was saltier than usual Singaporean cuisine. The real magic happened when the broth mixed with the noodles and charsiu. A Japanese ramen chef once told me that by slurping the noodles loudly, patrons enhance their dining experience by inhaling the "essence" of the ramen. I'll let you decide whether to believe it or not, but don't forget to show your appreciation by slurping up those delicious noodles! Also, keep an eye out for a surprise on your table. Ambiance: Taste: I highly recommend trying the Autumn Ramen and the unique Green Tea Cola! Service: Price: (slightly pricier compared to other ramen restaurants in Singapore) Best time to visit: around 11:30 am during lunch hour to avoid the long queues that form around 12:30 pm until closing time. Overall, my dining experience was excellent. I opted for the Special Autumn Ramen and was thoroughly impressed with the delicious minced pork. They offer 4 different types of ramen, all featuring pork: Spring (with cheese), Summer (spicy), Autumn (minced roasted pork), and Winter (I can't remember what was in it). Don't miss out on their special Colas: Green Tea Cola and Sakura Cola!
Good tasty ramen with flavorful broth. The best part of it is they let you customize almost every element of it: from the noodle thickness , the meat, salt level…There is also free flow of half boiled eggs and bean sprouts. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Nothing to complain about when there are free flow eggs and beansprouts. The Japanese mayonnaise with the free flow eggs is just too good! Also, the winter version that I ordered, which is pork broth as the base for their ramen, is tasty as well. Do note that they have a rule that 'Each customer is required to order at least a drink '. Also they do not have bamboo shoots.
