Casa do Medico - Sines

One of the best meals in Portugal, after a 10 days tour around the country. The pastry with cheese was perfect, as well as were the oporto sauce veal with sweet potatoes and the chocolate cake with mandarine ice cream. A real treat indeed. The service was extremely prompt and friendly. All in all, a perfect experience. The restaurant also has a terrace with great views on the castle, town and harbour. Highly recommended.

We arrived in to town around 1pm and checked in to the hotel and they gave us wonderful advice for walking and wandering and a spot for lunch. We came back fed and tired and rested then wandered down to the restaurant asking for a light snack and a glass of wine. The server was most accommodating. We had some delicious soup, a salad of tomatoes, cheese, and fruit and delicious tinto wine followed by a desert that was suggested by the server. Don't know what it was called but we loved it. Ordered another glass of wine, went on the terrace and soaked in the beauty and comfort of where we were. Lovely experience.

Despite some of the reviews not favorable me and my wife decided to stay for dinner as it was getting late. We had a very good experience. Dogfish soup, pastry with cheese and a sort of jam, steaks with Porto wine were all tasty. Dessert (chocolate cake with mandarin ice cream) was very good also. Service was excellent.

Um excelente espaço com uma vista fenomenal! Com um atendimento maravilhoso, a comida estava ótima, os cocktails estavam super deliciosos e muito bem elaborados...bom profissional! 5*sRecomendo este hotel.

Medíocre de longe o pior restaurante que já vi. Gerente deste,...., espaço, devia de ser banido. Estou a ser simpático. Mau, muito mau e se houver dúvidas estou aqui para as esclarecer.
