La Pieve - SINALUNGA

Freezing cold and everything closed in the neighborhood . Good , friendly and efficient staff , crowed with locals eating in or taking away and that is always a good sign . Very long list with pizza's or one can choose toppings himself . We were offered a small starter by the house . We had a calzone and a pizza accompanied by red local wine and water . Fresh , tasty and well served so nothing to complain about .

We were recommended this place as apparently the owners are from Napoli, sounds silly saying that as the restaurant is in Italy, but there are so many places serving non authentic Italian food which ruins it! This is perfect for takeaway pizzas. So good that we visited twice within 8 days but it was worth it!

Le pizze sono eccezionali, deliziose e gustose! Si può scegliere tra diverse farine e ingredienti, tutti di ottima qualità. Consiglio anche i fritti, sono fantastici! Si può anche gustare del pesce fresco, a seconda della disponibilità. Ottima qualità! I camerieri sono molto gentili e simpatici! Lo consiglio vivamente!
