I usually like to leave a tip when I come to this location which I pass on my way home each day. But at this subway the young lady making my sandwich was very cold towards me. There was no acknowledgment whatsoever no 'what would you like on your sandwich ' she literally said nothing. The other gentleman behind the counter was more professional. But still it was weird and super awkward experience. I definitely did not leave a tip nor will I be returning to this location. Plenty of other sandwich shops to chose from so it is of no consequences to me. But you definitely lost a customer.

The young man who served us was so sweet and was very helpful. Besides that, there was another female employee was very rude to the customer yelling want do u want I may not use this drive threw but other employees was great very helpful enjoy my

This is the second time Ive been to this location where they drowned the sandwiches in sauce and once I called them about it basically didn't offer to do anything about it and told me no one there had the authority to give out free food. All I was asking was for my sandwich to be remade but they wouldn't even offer me that unless I could make it up there in less than 20 mins. I live 20 mins away. Ridiculous. I don't have this problem at any other subway.
