Do not get ice! They do not clean their drink machines. There were black spots on our ice! DISGUSTING

Waited 20 minutes in line AFTER we ordered for them to tell us they couldn’t use our coupon because we had to tell them at the window and that they can’t add anything to the order. So disrespectful!! So Arby’s got our business tonight.

The service was good and the food was good. It hit the spot. And and price was descent.

Just got done driving four hours and wanted lunch before I went home.Ordered a double whopper with only cheese and mayo, medium, with a Dr. Pepper.Cashier repeated the order correctly, I paid for my meal and went home.Opened my bag, unwrapped my burger to find a single whopper with everything on it. Fries and drink was as ordered.Too tired to drive back, I'll just leave a review that means nothing.
