Amazing service provided by the manager. All of our chicken was cooked fresh and was delivered fresh and hot. Very enjoyable meal.

The food was fresh , bathroom was clean the customer service was the best I ever received at a bojangles. I came around 4:40pm and sat down and enjoyed being here !

Bojangles at 615 N main street in Simpsonville SC has never not one time made my order correctly. I have had to go back to get my order fix every single time. They forget to put cheese on my sandwich every time and it has happened at least 12 times for a fact. And when I go back they just waste time looking up old orders to confirm that I did purchase the cheese just to take my old sandwich and slap a piece of cold cheese on it to hand it back to me. And sometimes I'm too far away to bring it back like today. I have to stop spending my money here. Enough is enough!

For a chicken restaurant, they seem to never have chicken ready when you order it
