Starbucks - Simi Valley

For in-store pickup, you should park on the south side of the drive thru line so that you can get in and drive out more efficiently. Don't get the idea that you should park close, you'll get trapped in the driveway line

This is my fav Starbucks! I live on first street in Simi Valley and I drive to the one on Yosemite every morning! I feel like they just get the drinks right compared to every other Starbucks. This one elite

I have nothing but great things to say about this starbucks location. It's a great location, nice little patio where you can sit and enjoy, have meetings or just hang, and the best staff in the world! Jenna, Will, Delaney, and the rest of the team (sorry guys didnt get all of your names) are so friendly and helpful and welcoming there. Highly recommend stoping by if you are having a bad day, they will for sure cheer you up!

I have been coming to this Starbucks before I get to work for the last two years or so. Initially, there was a battle with getting my drink right and receiving positive attitudes from the staff. The last several months, however, have definitely been a pleasure thanks to the manager. She has turned everything around and has made my experience very positive. I appreciate the politeness and the kindness of the staff as well as the continual efforts to make my drink right on my way to work. Thank you so much for the small changes you have made that have made a big difference.

The stars are for your associate Will. I am here every morning and Will is the only associate who remembers my order and what I want with it. Now that is excellent customer service.
