What 's wrong with you people, I dig the sandwiches and their customer service oh yeah and the tunes they play. I have already received 3 free sandwiches from the app. Remember the show Seinfeld and the soup kitchen one, funny! Every time I walk through their door I have a huge smile on my face, after a hard day of working and if I can at least smile or laugh, my day was well worth the hard labor...anyway this one is super clean, the employees are #1, it 's close to my home, can 't go wrong with this jersey mikes! Thanx, cause customer service is #1 in my eyes... No soup for you !HahahahaMy go to place, KrisHope this is the one on E. The service was horrible. Rude, completely unfriendly as if they hated their jobs. Will never go this jersey mikes again.

I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. My go to sandwiches are the Italian and the veggie. The store in the Vineyards in Porter ranch is fantastic. The rosemary bread is the best I've had out of all of the stores that I've been to. My son called his #13 heaven. LOL. And my wife, who is not a sandwich person, loved the famous Philly. Highly recommend next time you're nearby, on your way home, or going to the movies.

Order through the app or your order will be incorrect without fail. They’re at least consistent but this is my 5th call in order and 5th brutally incorrect order.

This place is beyond unprofessional. I called and asked if I could have a sandwich made if I arrived at 8:57, since my Waze indicated that that would be my arrival time. The girl that I spoke to conferred with someone in the back, and said that it would be fine. When I arrived, the assistant manager, who identified himself as Mathew , (but wouldn 't provide any I.D. said that they were closed. I literally showed him my cell phone, which now said 8:58 because they took so long to come to the door, and he STILL told me that it was 9:00. He could not provide an explanation as to why I was given misinformation, but I 'm pretty sure that they just wanted to go home early. I asked for his manager 's name, and he wouldn 't disclose that either. Avoid this place like the plague.
