Get Hooked - Simi Valley

I love discovering small businesses like this one. From the service to the food to the overall atmosphere, everything was excellent. I had the Calabasas bagel sandwich and a fantastic coffee recommendation that complemented it perfectly, like pairing wine with an entree. I highly recommend trying this place and I can't wait to go back for my next visit!

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant! It was delicious and definitely worth the price and wait. However, it was frustrating to have to wait an additional 30 minutes because they made a mistake with my order. Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru! This has happened to me three times in the past two weeks.

The two bagels were average at best. The drive-through service was very poor. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but waiting at the window for two un-toasted bagels with no topping was unacceptable. If you decide to try Hooked, don't expect fast service.

Service and food are ok, but absolutely terrible management! Had to watch a cashier (she was definitely under 18) get berated by a customer for something that wasn?t her fault. Instead of removing the girl from the situation, management made her stand therewith tears rolling down her cheeks and apologize to the customer for something that she didn?t do. Manager didn?t even make sureshe was ok after, they just left her to cry. This place should NOT be hiring minors if they aren?t going to protect them.

Read so many great reviews thought I would give it a try. Came on a Saturday morning, used the drive through which is so convenient. I explained to the friendly gal was my first time and what does she recommend. She was very helpful which isrefreshing. I had a lovely bagel sandwich and a very hot almond milk latte with a sugar ball attached to my lid to put in mydrink, very clever. The wait was a bit longer than I expected but food and drinks are made fresh so worth it. I will be back!
