Buffalo Wild Wings - Simi Valley

Came here with a group of friends. It wasn’t too busy in the restaurant, and we got seated fairly quick. We asked our server for a knife to cut our burger but we didn’t receive it until 20 minutes later (I was keeping track). One of my friends also ordered a 6 piece wings, and the servers only brought out the fries. The wings took forever to come out to the point where he asked to cancel it. That was the only time when the server brought out his wings, and it was cold. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, however, it was not. The servers were not very attentive with our requests. The restaurant however was pretty clean, with a good atmosphere and TV’s everywhere.

Ordered chips with guac along with salsa the salsa was fine, the guacamole was actually not worth the $10 felt like should’ve brought my own. We ordered The cauliflower wings and we got them baked Somehow an actual wing that wasn’t cauliflower was in our batch and when we were done, it felt like we were ignored for about 15 minutes just wanting to get some to go plates for our chips because I was on a journey to make sure I enjoyed these chips whether it be there or at home needless to say, I had to waive another employee down to get the plates I feel empathetic Towards anyone else that gets this experience.
