We finally made our return after all these years since 2019. The Kobe burger was absolutely delicious, the BBQ chicken was fantastic, and the shrimp and mango wrap, which was the special of the day, was incredible! We will definitely be back every time we're in Silverton.
The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The ambiance had a delightful vintage charm.
Great spot for a quick meal! The service was speedy, and the chili was delicious and nicely spiced.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a musty smell and dim lighting. While I understand that the building is old, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to dine in. When I ordered our two sandwiches, I noticed that the only side option available was chips, and the prices were significantly higher than what was listed on their website. The staff informed us that the website hadn't been updated in years, which is understandable, but the prices were still shockingly high, especially considering that our side of chips consisted of just half a bag of Ruffles dumped into the box. Unfortunately, the Reubens themselves were the worst we've ever had. This was particularly surprising given the recommendations we received. The bread wasn't even toasted and instead had a slice of tomato, lettuce, and raw onion—more reminiscent of a burger than a traditional Reuben. The most disappointing part was the meat. Typically, Reubens are piled high with corned beef, but this sandwich had only a sparse amount of meat that resembled thinly sliced deli meat and tasted more like bologna than anything else. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so unexpectedly poor that I felt compelled to share it. I would recommend enjoying the town and trying one of the many other dining options available.
