Coal Bank Taqueria - Silverton

We had drinks and chips and salsa here. The service was great and I liked the atmosphere but I thought the chips and salsa were only so-so, therefore we decided to look around town for something different to eat. After poking our noses in every restaurant in town and eating across the street from Coal Bank Taqueria (bad idea), I’m convinced by the photos and reviews that Coal Bank Taqueria likely has the best food in Silverton. So I probably missed out by not eating there. Drinks were delicious though. I’m grading on a curve today, so 5 stars for Coal Bank Taqueria!!! Don’t make the same mistake I made! Take a tour of the town then sit and have a drink and food at Coal Bank Taqueria.

After spending 3 days in Silverton, Coal Bank Taqueria Trattoria by far had the best food out of all the places we tried. Fantastic cocktails as well (can't recommend the Lime Margarita enough)!

Some delicious food, came on a Tuesday and enjoyed a carne asada burrito and tacos. Amazing meal, will be back later for some coffee!!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The burritos are large and delicious. The green chili cheesy chicken soup tastes homemade and is among the best I’ve ever had.

The food is delicious, the decor is fun, and the staff is friendly! I really appreciated the vegan and vegetarian options, which were fantastic in flavor. The seasoned rice and beans really enhanced the overall taste—so good! In terms of vegetarian options, they have a wonderful selection for both vegans and vegetarians, and everything is delicious!
