The Den Bistro

A cool little bar and restaurant that exactly resembles what I imagine when I think of a Ski Resort bar. We order the charcuterie board and really enjoyed it. The plating wasn’t the nicest but all the items included were great. It was a little expensive but that’s expected for a ski lodge. A cool little place to check out if you’re in the area.

Absolutely creative, delicious, and innovative food. They currently have a fantastic Australian chef who cooked one of the top 10 meals I've ever had. Had the special for dinner. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. Hats off to this great chef! Service was wonderful too. It was expensive but a great deal for food of this quality. Looking forward to going back.

This place is a gem tucked away in a downstairs location. Service was outstanding, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Decor was subdued lending itself to a cozy feel. Food was delicious with a good variation of dishes. Desert is not a normal thing for me, but it was here.

Food was very good. Service from Ollie was exceptional. A casual vibe. Good option for families. Great B.C. focused wine list.

Everything we wanted from a ski area bistro. Grrat ambience, happy staff and really good food. Enjoy.
