If i could I would leave no stars! They’re rude as hell, customer service is trash! Went in there for a soup to go, I asked for a small she quickly said NO with an attitude and told me only large soups are to go and the only way to get a small was to dine in and ask for a container to go. I asked for the container to go and got completely ignored. She also decided to charge me for a large instead of the small. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Food: 1

Bad service will never come here again old man in the front didn’t want to make my sandwich well done or add extra veggies after I offered to pay I’ve been here before but the server who has good customer service skills wasn't here today unfortunately. I was a regular customer but I will not be coming back wouldn’t recommend this place. And they’re racist even though everyone who comes here is Hispanic.. very sad and as I walk out her starts screaming racist things in his language. Beware of old man with grey hair and glasses he’s rude and disgusting and NASTY

I ordered food to go- I ordered 5 small Pho soups with out onion. Upon checking the order at the restaurant, I realized they all had onions- cool, no biggie. GUESS WHAT ELSE I FOUND? a friendly cockroach, not 1 BUT two. I managed to only get a picture of 1, squished in by the lid. When I placed the side down opened the lid, that squished one ran out and went about its business. Following that, another one was found hanging in the bottom of the noodles. I was able to get a refund immediately, the owner was notified, but it seems this is a recurring issue. She was extremely nonchalant about it. I would absolutely not recommend this to any one. I can only imagen what goes on in the kitchen.

I order pho, first time ordering there, went home, started eating and found hair and dead fly in my food, went back to complain and showed them the hair and fly in my food and they proceeded to argue me down that it was my fault that hair (my hair is wrapped up and braided btw) n the hair is not my texture im black, and they even seen the dead fly on the onions, and then they called their boss and she tried to call the police on me. Horrible service. They will never get my money ever again in life.

Found four dead fruit flys in my pho. Never coming here again.
