Bidrage med feedbackCashier : zulma alas took my order I specifically told him what I wanted and asked him do you understand and he said yes he still put in my order in wrong on purpose! they made my food and put it to the side then the manager seen me waiting and asked me what did I order/ what am I waiting for! the same cashier then go to the area where my food was sitting for atleast 2 minutes after it was done wow bad customer service. I then leave and open the box to check my food I noticed the cashier put my order in wrong I went back but they closed the dine in. When I tried to explain that the cashier got me order wrong zulma alas started to lie and said that’s what I asked for. The manager gave me a refund long story short. I rate this place 2 stars based on experience bad customer service !!!
I eat here a couple of times a month. I like the beef burrito supreme and the Doritos Loco Taco. This time I got the Nachos Belle Grande and I was happy with it. I like that I can specify the sauce packets in the app and they even include a reminder not to forget the sauce.Vegetarian options: Dedicated menu section with vegetarian options
Unprofessional and rude. I would apply but I know from experience places that are trash usually remain trash. Until further notice. They messed up my order several times. And I still have an order they over charged me for .
I wanted to try Taco Bell's new taco breakfast and didn't really love it. I really thought the tacos would be bigger but they're small. It's pretty much as if you're eating authentic Mexican Tacos, but unlike those tacos, there was hardly anything in it. The hashbrowns weren't really crispy either. Nothing really special but I'd try again.Vegetarian options: Black beans replace the meat on most dishes for vegetarian meals.Parking: I went in the morning so there was hardly anyone there.
The employees at this location were amazing on 10/13. We had multiple customizations and they did them all AND labeled them all. They killed it ?
