Starbucks - Silver Spring

I had never done a drink right for me at this place. I ordered my usual drink three times in the last two months. every time I order, it is not sweet at all, also added with vanilla cold foam and 3 pumping vanillasirup. I compare this with the exactly the same drink I have 5 minutes on the road in burtonsville, which rarely had a problem and has a lot of sweet. please teach her baristas the right way to make the vanilla cold foam.

Ordered online and tried to call the store 5 times before I arrived because I wanted to make sure the drink was made correctly. The first 2 calls, the phone was answered and when I said “hello” was hung up on while the last 3 times I called, no one picked up. Once I got there I realized I was not able to do curbside pickup even though they have parking spots for it and of course when I went in to get my drink, it was not made correctly. Will not be coming to this location again.

The staff is very friendly, but I’m sad to say they have absolutely no WiFi. I came here to order a drink and get work done on my laptop, but you could not connect to the WiFi. I spoke to (who I presume was) the manager regarding this issue, and I was told there have been these issues in the past. He was very friendly and apologized. Hopefully the upper management can get more reliable WiFi service for those that come here to be able to have a coffee and get some work done.
