Chipotle Mexican Grill - Silver Spring

The wait was quite long, and the staff weren't particularly friendly. The restaurant itself is quite basic, located in a very simple neighborhood. I can't really rate it highly, but it can work in a pinch.

Having to order the quesadilla online when you?re already on the store is the stupidest most inefficient update they have made. What?s worse is that it?s only this chipotle that refuses to serve you the quesadilla. After the e-Colin outbreak chipotle has been going downhill. It?s a disgrace.

During my last two visits to this location, I ordered my usual burrito bowl with hot salsa, but the salsa has been so spicy that it was hard to eat and upset my stomach. I typically have a high tolerance for spice and haven’t experienced this issue at other locations, so I would appreciate it if they could tone down the chili a bit! However, the service has been just as good as I've come to expect from any Chipotle.

Overall, I find this place to be fantastic! However, I did get sick after dining here once, out of all the times I've visited. Just a tip: make sure to park in the back!

Honestly, I don't understand what you guys complain about. The food is amazing and the service is great. Never had any bad experiences with Chipotle, especially not this location. Whenever I come back to the US, I look forward to this. Love, A grateful European who loves Chipotle.
