Mi Mexico Viejo - Silver City

I love this place. It has the best New Mexican food I have found. This is nothing like the Mexican food you get in California. Everything is so perfect here. I like to just pick things up, but there's a lovely place to sit under the trees and have a nice lunch or a snack. This is very convenient to the downtown area, and a perfect place for people passing through town. The menu is wonderful! Enjoy!

Authentic mole and barbaco. Tasted like mom's ! We had the barbaco torta and mole burrito.

Truly the most carefully prepared and seasoned burritos I have ever had. We've had #4,6,7,10, all superb, large, and almost embarrassingly cheap. They come wrapped in foil and stay warm for several hours.. great red sauce.

I had three chorizo and egg curritos with red chili. These Burritos are a good value. I asked if I could get the Burritos without potatoes, and she told me that the potatoes were already in everything. I know it's common to get potatoes in breakfast Burritos in New Mexico, but I prefer San's potato. I'd like the Burritos to be a little spicier.
