Bidrage med feedbackMay 6, 2020: This is the second time they have messed up my order. It seems like they cannot read the online tickets. I asked for extra tomatoes, but they gave me none. I asked for honey mustard dressing, but they gave me something spicy and inedible. I am furious! I wish I could give them zero stars! When I called the store, it took five tries for someone to answer. I explained the issue with my order to a guy named Cody. He told me he could not help me unless I brought in the receipts and the sandwiches to prove that I was telling the truth. I explained that it was an online order, so there was no physical receipt, but it should be visible on their screen. He acknowledged seeing the order but insisted that I should have kept the receipt. He also suggested I call Johnny in the morning. This guy's customer service skills are truly remarkable.
The employees are trapped behind a wall so they let the place get really dirty in lobby.
Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. Both of our sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. When we asked for them to be fixed, the employees started making jokes about the mistakes with each other. We were told it would take 3-5 minutes to remake the sandwiches, but we ended up waiting over 10 minutes. It was a waste of gas, time, and money.
I had a turkey sub with all the vegetables and it was tasty. However, the prices are too expensive.
Pricing itself out of business if they dont watch out.
