Bidrage med feedbackIt was lunchtime, and the place was quite busy. I ordered a Quarter Pounder, and it mostly consisted of meat, onions, and the bun. The condiments, like mustard and ketchup, were barely present in the middle of the sandwich.
I had a bit of a mix-up with my order: the guy at the counter misheard me, and I ended up with two Happy Meals and two extra sodas. I needed a refund for one Happy Meal and the two sodas. The manager, Terri, came out to assist me, and she was both polite and helpful. She handled the situation in a very professional manner and took the time to ask what had gone wrong. I was genuinely impressed by her attentiveness and concern for the issue. I will definitely be back!
It's McDonald's. The food is tasty, but it's not something you should indulge in every day. The customer service is nice, and the restaurant is clean. I feel for the cashiers who have to deal with upset customers; often, mistakes happen due to a lack of communication from the customers themselves. Seriously, who goes to McDonald's without knowing what they want? If you're not ready to order, please step aside!
