Roadhouse Grill - SILEA

We came a bit late for a quick lunch (14.15) on a Monday. No welcome from anybody. Tables dirty (that’s fine after a busy lunch), few waiters walking tired and with no smile. We asked politely for a table and the waitress there was almost pretending no seeing us (couple with a kid). She barely answered whispering a short “wait we prepare the table”, without giving any waiting time or indication where to wait. Again, no smile, no welcome, no menus, just tired face. It looked like we were a problem, instead of customers.. A couple of waiters passed by, with messy piles of menus in the hands, without saying hello, even not watching at us, zero smile. Note that there was just a couple of tables still occupied. After few minutes of waiting without anybody approaching we left. I know the food over there isn’t bad, but with this customer service you can’t even seat at a table. Extremely disappointing.

Normally I am really picky when it comes to meat. I must say that I have never had better meat. Best quality of American Angus Steak, cooked at the point, served the best way you can. Because of this great experience, I decided to have a business dinner with my employers at another Grill of the same roadhouse chain( the day we had the business dinner was here full reserved). My best wishes for the future...

Great place to eat meat at reasonable price. Large choice of plates and deserts. Excellent for kids: they have a multimedia room with interactive games where they can play (a laser throw images on the floor and they have to ineract)

Il ristorante si trova in un luogo spazioso, ma non ci sono molte persone all'interno. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Il panino è nella media, ma niente di eccezionale. Trovo i prezzi un po' salati per quello che mi viene offerto.

, e l'atmosfera è sempre accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi una buona cena informale. Il menu offre una vasta selezione di hamburger deliziosi e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!
