Le Potager - Sigean

We stumbled onto this restaurant just walking around. Unassuming go from the outside but quite large and busy in the inside. Perhaps similar to a USA style bbq place. Nice service and hard working staff. Patatas bravas quite good. The disappointment was the travers Porc. Not seasoned and not really even served hot. I had to send it back for warming up. It’s a large Piece of rib with not alot of meat and too much work to enjoy. Too bad. It’s interesting that they don’t serve a simple steak like entrecôte for one person.

Delightful setting in the potager kitchen garden behind the inside restaurant. Excellent starters of snails and razor clams in the grill. Grilled meat and fish main courses also good and copious. Excellent, friendly service. Good wine list where you select your wine from the cellar. Recommend. If outside in summer, bring insect repellent !

Very good restaurant. Super team. I want to support them after the fire they suffered yesterday. Good luck to all of you.
