Hana Tokyo Hibachi Sushi - Sierra Vista

I can't understand why this restaurant doesn't have a higher rating! The staff is incredibly welcoming, the place is spotless, there's ample seating, a fantastic drink selection, and the Cochise Ironmen roll is a must-try... absolutely yes!

I ordered the Chicken Katsu, but it was sliced so thin that all I could taste was the heavy breading. It was inedible for me, so I ended up sending it back. On a positive note, the interior of the restaurant is lovely, and there’s a nice bar area.

The fried tempura shrimp roll was served cold. Not impressive at all.

The menu now features calamari and a fantastic meat trifecta. They've introduced a wonderful selection of cocktails as well—definitely worth trying! There are also new appetizers, and we ended up going over budget because the food was just that good. The chefs have really stepped up their game; everything was more refined than before. I'm enjoying the changes brought by the new management and owners and plan to visit more often to see what else they've done. The sushi offerings have also been revamped, making it a great experience overall. If you're in Sierra Vista, this place is a must-visit. I'll give them a big High Five!

The service was exceptional and the food was fresh and delicious. I really enjoy the atmosphere here. I’ve been searching for a great sushi spot in Sierra Vista, and I’m convinced I’ve found it! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, featuring a hibachi area, a sushi bar, a dance floor, and the main dining area. The staff is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. The food is particularly outstanding!
