Applebee's Grill - Sierra Vista

Was busy when we were there, but they sat our big party pretty fast. wings were fresh and beer was really cold. server was really friendly. if you love applebee, that is one you want to stop.

I had a good time with applebee. someone took me there for the birthday. truly, it is very easy just a plastic chain restaurant. However, eating was really good and the waitress was nice and there are not so many restaurants in a city that is so big that I can't believe it. much better than Dennys. but still only a plastic national business chain.

Terrible experience. in any case not what it was earlier. service was formerly great. Eating was good earlier. I had to send my steak back twice. Apparently it is impossible to cook a medium rare steak. but it really wasn't the problem. they were the 7 employees who sat on a table and laugh super loud and joking all the time. when I worked there, this was absolutely unacceptable and should not be accepted by any restaurant. the people who come to the restaurant pay their reward. do not sit down and ruin them there. To be honest, I felt bad for the server because the other employees directly influence them. So I gave the server a $50 tipp. never back.

To get my prestress out of the way. I despise this type of restaurant. fake “family” restaurants that steal business from local and smaller chains. I had a good experience here lately. I got a gift card and ordered to use it. I ordered nachos and the riblet plate with coleslaw and pommes. I have waffelfries for the regular fries. I entered my phone number so I could make auto pickup. I have a text that says to click a link to let them know that I have arrived. the link did not work and said my order could not lie. the order went through and a telephone call to the restaurant brought my food in no time. the food was well packed and still hot when I came home. the rippchen were good as the nachos. but they have subdued my koleslaw instead of the fritten. so I had fries and waffelfries. facepalm. I complained about it, but did not want the “gift” of the credit at applebees to continue this mediocre saga. if they are the kind of person who eats here, rethink. they pay the same price they would be for local food and much of it comes from a microwave. eat them locally!

Service was good but met a friend for lunch. Both ordered something with chicken and the chicken was very dry as if it had been sitting on the grill keeping warm for a long time.
