Absolutely amazing. We made the 4 course tasting with dessert and it was absolutely perfection. Update: months later and I still think about this food!!

Amazing Italian experience. Easy to taste. Large cheese plate to taste. Amazing wine proposals. We are a couple and we came here because the reviews were great and we were not disappointed. It's a jewel. It is worth the small walk from the tourist center. Take your time and get here. Wine pairing is here at the top. It was great.

Absolutely our best dinner experience in Italy! This restaurant came very back from our local Airbnb hostess and it was not disappointed. Our group had the duck, gnocchi, and pigs hack net and everyone was delicious. Our server, Leon, was the best! Very funny and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Was taken to this amazing little restaurant by my best friends for a birthday dinner and had the best times. The food is really amazing, the wine super and the service also excellent. We had one of the desserts and loved them all! In fact I loved Salefino so much I went back the next day for dinner with my husband; Claudio and his partner are really gifted restorers! We will be back and forth

I highly recommend this restaurant. Looking back at our 2 weeks journey through tuscany this was the best food and service we had throughout our trip. You should value good food and be willing to spend a little extra but it is definjtely worth it! We were two and had 3 courses each and shared a dessert and a bottle of wine. Waiters explained us each dish on the menue which was a really kind gesture, given that as tourists we were not familiar with the local cuisine and the preparation of the dishes. I just want to point out their interpretation of vitello tonnato (based on the veals tounge) which was THE most memorable dish that evening and throughout our jurney.
