Mixed feelings. Overall positive review. The pizza is one of the best in Siena with more honest prices compared to other pizzerias, so a plus. The other side of the coin, however, takes away one or more points from the serve. Given that the bar area is totally visible, seeing the waiters behind the counter over and over again with the phone in their hand for several minutes is certainly not nice. And no matter how friendly and polite they may be, the distraction caused by this also leads to distraction during the service. This is demonstrated by several factors: The starter (in the photo) arrived before the drinks, which if it weren 't for the glass of prosecco offered to forgive us waiting for the table, despite the reservation, we would have eaten dry ; once the pizza was finished, 3 out of 3 waiters in the space of less than 5 minutes came to ask us for dessert and all three were told that we would take a few minutes to decide (if there was a bit of coordination and dialogue rather that a few minutes on the phone in front of customers would have been enough for just one of the guys to return to the table); once the dessert arrived, a teaspoon was completely dirty and encrusted with chocolate, for goodness ' sake, making mistakes is human and a detail like that can also be overlooked, however if there is a girl standing at the bar counter whose only job seems to be making drinks and I would say that putting cutlery on the dessert plate is perfectly avoidable. We will definitely return because, I repeat, the food is good and this is the main factor. However, better results would be achieved with better organization of the dining room staff.
