Omg I love this place, one of the best lentil soups in Chicago and an amazing shawarma sandwich!

We left a beer tasting and were trying to find a place to eat. Not sure why this place wasn’t more packed because it was DELICIOUS food and they were so kind! They gave us 1 free falafel to taste before we received our food, and after we ordered Yaba gave us a free thing of baklava! I’m really picky about falafel and Tzatziki and it was phenomenal. Please go here, you won’t regret it!

Yabas is my go-to delivery spot never disappoints. The food is so delicious and the warm slice of lemon on top of the lentil soup will soothe your soul. Speaking of the lentil soup, I went into the store once to pick up my order it was horribly raining- the cashier gave me some lentil soup while I waited and it really cheered me up. Great food kindness — you can’t beat it.

One of my favorite falafel sandwiches in the city. The staff is always nice as well. Highly recommend this spot.

Excellent food where you would least expect it. “Hidden” kitchen in the back of convenience store
