Sumu Tokyo Ramen Sushi - side

Went here for lunch and I will definitely be back! The ambience is really chill and the service prompt. They passed my patent water test filling it before I reached empty. I tried the Chicken Karage and it's the best I've had! The breading is light and crisp and the meat is still juicy. Yum! The ramen I ordered was the Shoyu Pork. Great ramen, great sushi. It’s a bit pricey but overall, DELICIOUS.

We didn't end up getting ramen, but we ordered a number of amazing dishes at Sumu. The spicy tuna roll was decent, but not really worth writing home about. I think the standout for us was the Hamachi which was so good that I'd go back just for that. The rib eye, shishitos, eggplant, and shiitake skewers were great too!

This is my new favorite ramen spot in the city! I loved absolutely everything about my food. Every single ingredient was incredible and I could not stop slurping down the broth. I will be coming back and bringing some friends as well!
