Starbucks - side

Everyone of the staff members that I have directly dealt with was so friendly and nice it's my favorite location...

Store is full of customers, only 2 employees working, customers waiting on their orders are asking the lady that is taking orders to help the guy making orders because of wait time.What a mess 25 min to get a coffee, Employees are very nice but definitely very overworked and understaffed.Looks as corporate America at its best again with squeezing profits but forgetting about basic customer experience.

It's near me . Whenever I go there I like the atmosphere over there .

Can you make your straws available to everyone, so we don't have to ask for a straw every time and wait 5 minutes to get one?

Service was beyond horrible, the two workers around 6:30 pm had some of the worst customer service I've ever received at Starbucks. One was washing dishes while the other made drinks while they were both talking loudly about going out plans. I was never greeted, he took my drink order rudely and said something under his breathe that was hard to make out. 0 stars. Get some new employees, because those two are far from respectable young adults.
