Sarpino's Pizzeria West Loop - side

This Place is a complete rip off the store manager ran my credit card 5 times claiming she only do it once then cancelled my order after waiting an hour, Reported the store Manager to cooperate I will get my money back and take legal action.

Ordered over $100 worth of food and never received it. I called 12 times and no one answered the phone. I want a refund. This is an awful business.

Was wanting for order 1:30 hours and than they cancel my order

Not much flavor, too much sauce, lots of cheese, not very good. Not terrible but won't be back. Average at best all the way around. Service okay but not exceptional. Decor nonexistent.

The wings were deceiving… I first asked him were their wings any good he tells me yeah…you pay 1299 for a pound you only get about 8 and they're not even done cooked well they're not regular buffalo wings I asked the cook for the buffalo wing I said what is hot and spicy.. he that is about the same no not at all there is Buffalo Hot Wings and then there's hot and spicy the calzone was alright I would never buy it again it was the chicken one
