Potbelly - side

I wanted to give Angie and Shawn a personal shout out for their exceptional service amidst a very busy lunch rush. Knowing what that intense feeling is like, I saw them handle it like pros.

I come here often as it is across the street from work, great food as always.Reason I came to review is how consistently wonderful the staff is, despite usually being slammed with orders around lunch time. They are always so nice and polite and thank you for coming. 11/10, truly.Also I believe the Steakhouse Beef would be my last meal if I ever had to choose.

As with pretty much all Potbelly's, this one had a really nice look and feel. The workers were all very nice! Awesome! Thanks!

Sandwiches where DRENCHED in oil, like stained the car seated through the bag when we both asked for light oil. So gross!

Food was good service was bad the male employee was slamming items he act lome he didn't want to be at work on this day he had attitude and besides myself it was only 3 other people in the store
