Potbelly - side

The service in store is consistently excellent, but I would give the ap 1 star. I wasted 20 today (yet again) trying to work with the ap. It didn't even put my order through when I finally got the ap working. Don't bother with the ap. The line has always been faster than the ap for me.

I just had my very first Potbelly Sandwich and I live in Los Angeles. We don’t have Potbelly out there. ? I had a chicken mediterranean sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar and thought the food was tasty! Service was friendly and fast. No complaints from me! There are a few high top seats.

Showed up past my mobile order est. pick up time still waited an hr only to have to end up canceling my order because I could no longer wait.

This location is terrible. It's the size of a closet, there's no seating, there's no fountain drinks, and they are SLOW mainly because they seem to always be doing large catering orders. I will never go back to this one.

Sandwich is always made wrong, either missing what I asked for, or has stuff on it I didn't ask for. Salads always have brown lettuce. It was way better before Covid, but now I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Just awful.
