I was one of 4 people in this place. If you use the facilities, check toilet paper before you do your business unlike me.

A beautiful view from atop Chicago's Water Tower place, and the food was delicious. A nice variety and friendly staff.

I recommend the chicken bites, sweet potato fries and raviolis. Nice restaurant that's not overly expensive compared to others in Chicago. Waitress was decent but didn't go out of her way, had to ask to be seated with a view, especially since it wasn't busy. Didn't have to make a reservation or wait so definitely a plus.

Pretty disappointed. Can only assume place was short staffed. Sat at the bar. Got our drinks pretty fast. But took forever for someone to take our order and felt like a long wait for rhe food to arrive. Wasn't too crowded. Never got a refill on a drinks or water. No one even asked how our food was. Expected better from Harry Caray's
