Five Guys - side

Not a great experience here last week. I walked in and there were three employees and no customers. Nobody acknowledged me. Two kept talking while looking at their phones. It’s almost like they were annoyed I was there. Finally someone took my order and the food okay. The condiment station was full of fruit fries. They obviously didn’t want to be there and having a germ infested phone out during food preparation is not a good look. I wouldn’t go to this Five Guys again

I am writing this while I’m sitting here eating my food. The guy I ask my order was laughing at me because I didn’t understand English so well, instead trying to make me feel confortable and give a good service, was doing all opposite. This guy don’t realize that tourist in Chicago want to visit the famous five guys. This guy just made me feel very bad and made me never recommend this place at least in this shift.

Remade my order because of Doordash saying preparing. Probably the only five guys I whould go to.

Hello, im sorry that I have to do this… Food and the environment is breathtaking. But the reason why I give it 3 stars because a very rude employee from this morning has given me bad attitude whenever I ordered food. That woman has pushed my limits and made me don't wanna comeback to eat there again… I mean everyone else is great except for that rude woman.

Food is great and the people that work there are awsome! Free peanut!
