Dine - side

Nice atmosphere, slow service. Food descriptions sounded great on the menu, but a bit disappointing on arrival. My chicken breast looked like a pre-cooked frozen one that you could get at the grocery store- could have at least thrown it on the grill to give it a touch of color and flavor. Drinks and appetizers were good.

We called to say we were running late and the person who answered the phone wasn't friendly. We arrived and didn't get greeted for five minutes. We ordered a bottle of wine, but we were informed that we can't get alcohol until the bartender got there which was 4 pm. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years and I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Even as a manager you should never deny a sell, ever. So that's my comment but I never do this so who knows if anything comes of this.

Staying at the hotel, had low expectations for the in hotel restaurant. Such a pleasant surprise, I ordered food to go because room service was already closed. They were quick, friendly and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend. Great work!

We stayed at the Crown Plaza and had breakfast there most days. The breakfast buffet was yummy and the wait staff was very good. Afternoon cocktails served by an amazing bartender helped us transition from a long day of site seeing.

It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. We ate dinner and breakfast there and I was disappointed that there weren't gluten free bread options.
