Left extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised by this diner! I ordered the Irish breakfast and the black pudding might have been the best I’ve ever had. The biscuits and gravy were amazing, too. Absolutely delicious and worth the wait!

This is our go to spot since early 2020. We’ve tried so many entrees (personal favorites are Mauricio’s special, breakfast burrito, Route 66 burrito, breakfast quesadilla, basically everything) and it is always consistently delicious! Service is so friendly and takeout tastes just as good as dining in. Love this spot!

My family and I have been going to Dash, (or the original Salt and Pepps, as we called it as kids) for 25 years and we absolutely adore this place. The food is delicious! Best diner food in Chicago. Brandy, the owner, is our long time friend of ours; she is an amazing server, business owner, and very hard worker! Wow this place is great. The food, the coffee, the atmosphere are wonderful. But the staff, the staff is utterly amazing. My new “go to” spot.

Great vibes and atmosphere! Service was a little slow, but the friendliness and food totally made up for it. It is probably the best breakfast spot we have been in Chicago so far, no doubt we will be returning soon! Shoutout to the hot sauce wall! Wow! Just wow!
