10/14 about 815PM//IM DRIVING FOR DOOR DASH) HIGHLIGHT*: Terrible customer service. I waited for about a minute at the empty cashier. Finally a woman comes, clearly impatient. She was rude the moment I walked in, didn’t greet me, didn’t respond to me when I told her my orders, leaving me to wonder and wait for the status, then proceeded to text while on her shift, then clearly made me wait longer after prioritizing a plate of food. Tried to get some food with my card and couldn’t pay with card, couple days later there were unauthorized transactions on my card. Spoke to dedra and wouldn’t give me a last name or manager or tell me the name of the manager.

Came after reading some top 5 burrito in chicago review but wasn’t impressed by the mother clucker. It was really sweet which just isn’t my preferred taste for a burrito. But outside of that it was quick fresh/quality
