Baskin-robbins - side

Asian lady behind the counter poured a large cup of caffeinated coffee and I ordered decaf. I am currently expecting and can not have caffeine especially not a large cup! She told me people make mistakes. No apology. The “manager” was absolutely just as rude and disrespectful. I told her I was pregnant and could not drink caffeine and she gave a rude apology upon leaving in my car I could see the ladies smiling as if some thing was funny about my frustration with being served disrespectfully.

Made and order and paid for delivery. One of the items was wrong and one of the items didn’t even show up. When I called the staff said there was nothing that they could do. They couldn’t even give a refund.

I love this location! The staff is always super welcoming and nice, and the service is always fast. Highly recommend

Workers very rude and unprofessional. They do not pay attention to the customer and are more interested in talking and laughing with one another than the customers

Besides the delicious treats, i really appreciate every single employee on all shifts. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Thanks again everybody keep up the great job!!!
