Their food is good, I would have given 4/5 stars if not for order screwups. On three different occasions wrong/missing items were sent, even when the receipt attached to the package clearly shows the correct order but inside, either the meats are substituted at will or items are missing or you get extra food item, probably intended for some other customer.
Super disappointed after the merge with Hummus Grill. The original Ameer Kabob’s food quality and quantity is highly superior to hummus grill. Can’t say I’ll be going back

I, for the life of me, cannot understand why this place is rated so highly. I placed an order for one chicken shawarma and one beef shawarma dinner, estimated 20 minutes for pickup. It took 50 minutes for the food to be ready. Once I got it home, it had no sauces, which it desperately needed because the food was so bland.
