Bidrage med feedbackThe line in which we had to wait was so long and not to be busy, but was due to the fact that not enough workers were involved. eating was cold and not as we ordered it. the service was the best part of the experience that the girl in the window could still be pleasant and treat us beautifully.
Just got a double baconator and there is a total of 1.5 slices of bacon on it. The burger is delicious, but don’t up charge me for 1.5 slices of bacon, it’s barely a bacon cheeseburger. I took photos but won’t let me post right here.
Time and time again, there’s a constant customer service issue going on at this specific location. Specifically in the drive thru. I don’t even order here but i door dash here from time to to time and the attitude and negativity I receive at the drive thru is ridiculous. I’m not sure if it’s a discriminatory issue going on with this store, but the regional manager or owner needs to address this. It’s affecting business. Quite a few people are starting to avoid this place. Unfortunately, I see why.
Food was fresh and well made ? they were fast with the service also. The line was wrapped and they still got me out in less than 10 minutes
If I could give zero stars, I would. we ordered the lunch from their mobile app and after picking up my friend realized that they had given him the wrong order. he was on his lunch break at work, so he had a very limited time frame, but he still went back with the wrong eating to the wendy’s to exchange him. he was met with a very long wait for new foods, and he simply didn't have the time left, so he asked for a refund instead. just right? they messed up the order, they should refund it. but the incredibly rude manager refused and told him to call company. my friend and I have experience in the service industry and always treat employees with respect. he was not rude to the hired or something that would justify hostility. this manager was not rude for any reason. I wouldn't recommend it here. funny is that we have tried to go here to avoid the glassboro wendys, because they have ruined our orders in the past. I guess it's just a thing of wendy, command to mess and I won't give them my business long, if ever.
