Pizza Hut Express - Sicklerville

Highly disappointed with the product asked for a refund but they charged me a 2nd time no credit was given

We 've ordered in the past and it has been great. But in the last month we ordered a pan pizza twice and both times it wasn 't what we ordered. The first time it was way undercooked, had a chewy consistency, and the crust was like a regular pizza. It didn 't have the thick pan pizza crust. The second time the dough was at least cooked this time but again it was made with its signature pan pizza crust. When I complained in the store about the crust the answer I received was, Oh yeah I don 't know why that is happening. We 've gotten a lot of complaints. So they are aware of the problem. It just appears that management there has no desire to try and fix it. I will give them one more try but I definitely will not prepay for my order. This way is it isn 't what I ordered, I 'm not stuck with it.

I'm given one star because it wouldn't allow no stars. This ordeal was the most frustrating. I ordered on the hotline and gave a landmark to help with directions. I guess doordash does their deliveries. After 20 minutes lost the driver called, he was lost on totally wrong road. When my order finally arrived. It was barely warm and wrong soda was brought. I spent an hour trying to reach the store but the hotline would hang up or put you on hold and forget you. This is the worse business plan, with no accountability. All I wanted is what I paid for. But guess now a days that a big ask

So I ordered two pizzas and an eight piece wing. The pizzas came the wings never did. I called back four times to be put on hold and only hung up on worst place to order from worst customer service. Worst delivery.WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Place is dirty. Around the windows dead bugs. The floor is sticky and when I saw the back you can see dry up sauce on the floor. All the hard surfaces are really dirty. The whole place is dirty.
