Usa Fried Chicken - Shropshire

My son ordered a takeaway from her, it consisted of pizza, chicken wings and chips. The whole order arrived 40 minutes later than estimated, it was cold, soggy and the chicken was pink. I rang up and asked to speak to the manager, granted it was a bank holiday weekend and busy I was informed. After two phone calls the manger eventually called back. I asked for a refund for my son as the food was so disgusting. The manager refused saying he could have a free order next time. My son ordered the takeaway a week later, he never got his free one and he said he'd never order from them again. How can you get away with selling such awful food. This place use to be really good when you were in Albian hill. What happened?

On sat 18th of july,we decide to have a take away,as my daughter was staying over with grandkids .she recomend ee go to usa fried chicken, as she always gos there, again very dissapointed,my daughter orderd on there web site,which says 45mi n which is fine, but after a hour,we still did not get our order,by this time every one getting hungary,so i phoned,to be told it was very busy,i under stand that sat are busy,we had our food at 20.10.we orderd at 1900 so hour and 10 min, it took, they should not put on web site or tell you it 45mins, if sat arr busy, then they should say,at busy time,therd could br longer wait,food was not tgat hot, but we ate it cause we were all hungary, they need to get act together

Perfect pizzas! I always have the Hawian! Cooked perfectly every time. Lovely chips and cheese too! Reasonable prices too.

After ordering a takeaway for myself an my son i was very disappointed with the meal there was a burger that tasted horrible an rubbery whilst the chips were greasy an needed to be cooked longer no crispness what so ever,also there was a 3 chicken box meal which although the 3 chickens were of ample size the coating however was tasteless an very greasy, the supposed spicy chicken wings were nothing of the sort an you guessed it very greasy. My kids meal of 4 nuggets an chips was horrible cool an greasy chips an not very nice tasting nuggets Safe to say i shall not be purchasing from this establishment again very poor.

Terrible, 2 hour wait to keep being told it driver was outside which he wasn't the. When he finally arrived he refused to give me the food outside ad he had to deliver to the door (company on the phone told me to wait at the end of the road which I did) food was cold not worth the money or wait
