The View At Hencote - Shropshire

We were in the glamping tents for the night as a high-time gift! the wine tasting was led by the sawara. we had dinner in the restaurant and service was fab and so was the atmosphere! the breakfast was also nice with great view! we had a brilliant time!

We enjoyed our stay at hencote, from weinberg and restaurant to the spacious glamping village that we stayed at the luxury cottage chardonnay, which has plenty of space for families and friends and is perfect for a couple. the lodge has eco-friendly wood burning fires, an indoor bath and a separate shower as well as an outdoor hot tub breakfast is a hamper with locally grown cold cuts, smoked salmon and cheese with croissants. the hencote anwesen is located on a hill (suitable for winemaking, on a falling hill) and offers an impressive view of the skyline shrewsbury. our stay included eating in the restaurant outdoors, the balcony with a lot of small tellers, the delicious hencote evolution sparkling wein while watching the sunset over the weinberg. there are many walks in the surroundings and you can take a cozy walk to shrewsbury or drive about 10 minutes to the train station. they can also book a wine tour that we have made to learn about winemaking and the history of the opposite.

We felt the whole experience was lovely and one that we will try again. The food was excellent and although I'm no food critic I felt what we ate was a high standard. Although a bit pricy for what we normally pay the extra money was more than reflected in the flavours and preparation on the meals. We enjoyed our meal and will be visiting again.

Nice lunch with a friend on the upper balcony last week! we were worried about sitting outside as the weather was windy and cold, but it was really nice sitting under the heatings. service was really great and we loved eating the ribeye steak on the specialties was delicious. sooo nice to be out in the old one for the first time. we're coming back!

Hencote is a place they will not forget! it is a beautiful unique place with a view from which one cannot take away the eyes. would be highly recommended to do the full Hencote experience by taking them in the safarised (or the Grange shake), in the winery tour and tasting of hencotes passionate wine maker, eat nicely cooked food and drink delicious wine!
