The Black Bear 1662 - Shropshire

I went to the restaurant and had two roast dinners, each costing £18. The meals were tasty, although the beef was a bit fatty. One of the dinners was gluten-free, so I couldn't have cauliflower cheese or Yorkshire pudding. Unfortunately, they refused to lower the price. It's a shame because we would have returned if they had been more accommodating. In terms of dietary restrictions, there were other options available, such as a gluten-free gin and blackberry trifle, but I was too full from the main course to try it. The restaurant also offered gluten-free mains like curry or sea bass. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

The beer was decent, but the wine was quite expensive at £12 per glass. Average price per person ranged from £1 to £10. Service rating was 2 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated a 3 out of 5.
