Evergreen Fish - Shropshire

Horrendous food poisoning. My friends have been so sick they've had to call 111 . Avoid at all costs this takeaway!

Tried here while staying locally. I had the Kung Po with rice which was excellent and came in superfast time, about 10 minutes. How do they do it?? Partner had their fish and chips, that were OK but the chips were a bit soggy and greasy. Would probably try again and stick to the Chinese menu.

I lived in Ludlow for 4 years and this was the only Chinese I went to. The prices were great, the service was always super quick and the food was delicious. My favourite was the Singapore chow mein. Cooked perfectly and full of flavour, not at all sloppy or gloopy like many are. And the salt and chilli chips can't be beat. For me the only downside is that because I don't live in Ludlow anymore I can't find a Chinese takeaway near me that lives up to Evergreen!

Ordered for a large group. Tried pancake rolls, special curry, chow mein, spare ribs, chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken, yung chow rice, boiled rice, beef with mushrooms. All very nice, fresh, and good flavour. Would order from here again.

We collected fish and chips around 6.45 this Saturday evening. They were reasonably busy and the fish chips were cooked fresh. However, I’m afraid the chips were undercooked and, although the fish inside the batter was cooked and tasty, the batter was soggy!
